📦 Verzending & Levering / Shipping & Delivery

  • Werk aan de Muur (EU): snelle levering binnen Europa, rechtstreeks vanuit Nederland.

  • Fine Art America (VS): wereldwijde verzending, productie vanuit de VS.

  • Etsy, Redbubble, Teepublic, Zazzle: verzending afhankelijk van het platform, meestal wereldwijd.

  • Werk aan de Muur (EU): fast delivery within Europe, produced and shipped from the Netherlands.

  • Fine Art America (US): worldwide shipping, production based in the USA.

  • Etsy, Redbubble, Teepublic, Zazzle: shipping depends on the marketplace, usually worldwide.

 

 

💳 Betalen / Payment

 

  • Alle betalingen verlopen veilig via de marketplaces (Etsy, Werk aan de Muur, FAA, enz.).

  • Je kiest zelf de betaalmethode (iDEAL, creditcard, PayPal, enz., afhankelijk van het platform).

  • Ik zie of bewaar geen betaalgegevens.


 

 

  • All payments are processed securely through the marketplaces (Etsy, Werk aan de Muur, FAA, etc.).

  • You can choose your own payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc., depending on the platform).

  • I never see or store your payment details.


 

🔄 Retourneren & Annuleren / Returns & Cancellations

  • Elk platform heeft zijn eigen retourbeleid:

    • Etsy: retour binnen 14 dagen mogelijk (tenzij gepersonaliseerd).

    • Werk aan de Muur: herroepingsrecht van toepassing.

    • Redbubble / Teepublic / Zazzle / FAA: eigen regels, te vinden op hun site.

  • Bij vragen kun je altijd contact opnemen; ik verwijs je door naar de juiste service.

  • Each platform has its own return policy:

    • Etsy: returns possible within 14 days (except personalized items).

    • Werk aan de Muur: right of withdrawal applies.

    • Redbubble / Teepublic / Zazzle / FAA: their own rules, available on their websites.

  • Afhankelijk van de marktplaats zijn er verschillende materialen (canvas, aluminium, textiel, papier).
